Phase A: Architecture Vision

Architecture Vision TOGAF is required for every architecture cycle.

Objectives

– Create an Architecture Vision of the capabilities and business value

– Get approval for Architecture Statement of work.

Approach

Phase A starts with request from sponsoring organization to the Enterprise organization.

– Creating the Architecture Vision

Architecture Vision describes how the new Architecture capability will meet the business requirements and Strategic vision of the organization. Architecture vision helps as a tool for the sponsor to sell the benefits of the proposed architecture work.
