Baik TOWS maupun SWOT memiliki akronim yang sama untuk Kekuatan, Kelemahan, Peluang, dan Ancaman, dan dalam urutan terbalik dari kata-kata tersebut.<\/p>\n<p class=\"graf graf--p graf-after--p\" id=\"37c7\">Analisis TOWS pertama-tama mencocokkan faktor internal dengan faktor eksternal untuk membantu mengidentifikasi opsi strategis yang relevan yang dapat dikejar oleh sebuah organisasi. Dengan menggabungkan peluang dan ancaman dari lingkungan eksternal dengan kekuatan dan kelemahan organisasi internal, kita dapat menghasilkan empat strategi dasar. Dalam analisis SWOT, Anda mengidentifikasi semua Kekuatan, Kelemahan, Peluang, dan Ancaman dalam bentuk poin. Setelah itu, Anda memikirkan setiap poin sebagai perspektif tunggal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"graf graf--p graf-after--p\" id=\"36b9\">Sedangkan, <strong class=\"markup--strong markup--p-strong\">TOWS<\/strong> matriks mengidentifikasi hubungan antara faktor-faktor ini dan memilih strategi berdasarkan faktor-faktor tersebut.
