graf-after--p\">Equipe d&#8217;autogestion, \u00e9galement appel\u00e9es \u00e9quipes autog\u00e9r\u00e9es, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement compos\u00e9es de 5 \u00e0 30 employ\u00e9s, elles ont des comp\u00e9tences diff\u00e9rentes, une rotation des t\u00e2ches, pour produire l&#8217;ensemble du produit ou fournir le service, et pour prendre en charge les t\u00e2ches de gestion, telles que<\/p>\n<ul class=\"postList\">\n<li id=\"b17a\" class=\"graf graf--li graf-after--p\">Organisation du travail et des vacances,<\/li>\n<li id=\"0873\" class=\"graf graf--li graf-after--li\">Commande caract\u00e9ristiques suivantes\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"postList\">\n<li id=\"f951\" class=\"graf graf--li graf-after--p\">Autogestion,<\/li>\n<li id=\"ebbf\" class=\"graf graf--li graf-after--li\">Auto-responsabilit\u00e9 et<\/li>\n<li id=\"c653\" class=\"graf graf--li graf-after--li\">Auto-leadership \u00e0 son mod\u00e8le de fonctionnement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p id=\"0fd4\" class=\"graf graf--p graf-after--li\">Il existe deux d\u00e9finitions principales :<\/p>\n<p id=\"95be\" class=\"graf graf--p graf-after--p\">Premi\u00e8rement, Hackman a identifi\u00e9 les cinq et la corrige ;<\/li>\n<li id=\"d6eb\" class=\"graf graf--li graf-after--li\">Chaque membre de l&#8217;\u00e9quipe recherche activement des conseils, de l&#8217;aide et des ressources aupr\u00e8s de l&#8217;entreprise\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li id=\"ddf0\" class=\"graf graf--li graf-after--li\">Chaque membre de l&#8217;\u00e9quipe aide activement les autres \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer leurs performances.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p id=\"8b8d\" class=\"graf graf--p graf-after--li\">Deuxi\u00e8mement, selon Wellinetal, une \u00e9quipe de travail autog\u00e9r\u00e9e est constitu\u00e9e d&#8217;un groupe d&#8217;employ\u00e9s ayant les responsabilit\u00e9s suivantes\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ol class=\"postList\">\n<li id=\"2c74\" class=\"graf graf--li graf-after--p\">Autogestion (planification, organisation, contr\u00f4le, personnel et suivi);<\/li>\n<li id=\"e01a\" class=\"graf graf--li graf-after--li\">Attribuez du travail aux membres (d\u00e9terminez quel travail les membres font quand et o\u00f9);<\/li>\n<li id=\"b070\" class=\"graf graf--li graf-after--li\">Planifier et organiser l&#8217;horaire de travail (d\u00e9but et fin, vitesse de travail, \u00e9tablissement d&#8217;objectifs);<\/li>\n<li id=\"dd2b\" class=\"graf graf--li graf-after--li\">Prendre des d\u00e9cisions li\u00e9es \u00e0 la production (inventaire, contr\u00f4le qualit\u00e9, contr\u00f4le des travaux);<\/li>\n<li id=\"bf57\" class=\"graf graf--li graf-after--li\">R\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes (probl\u00e8mes de qualit\u00e9, service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le, discipline).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p id=\"6a40\" class=\"graf graf--p graf-after--li\">Ces deux d\u00e9finitions expliquent la connotation de base de l&#8217;\u00e9quipe autog\u00e9r\u00e9e sous diff\u00e9rents angles.\u00a0L&#8217;\u00e9quipe d&#8217;autogestion se compose de 10 \u00e0 15 membres poss\u00e9dant les comp\u00e9tences professionnelles n\u00e9cessaires, les comp\u00e9tences interpersonnelles, les comp\u00e9tences en r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes et les comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re de prise de d\u00e9cision.\u00a0L&#8217;\u00e9quipe met en \u0153uvre le m\u00e9canisme de fonctionnement de l&#8217;autogestion, de l&#8217;auto-responsabilit\u00e9, de l&#8217;auto-leadership et de l&#8217;auto-apprentissage pour atteindre ensemble les objectifs de l&#8217;\u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"d838\" class=\"graf graf--h4 graf-after--p\"><span id=\"The_Differences_between_Conventional_and_Self-Managed_Teams\">Les diff\u00e9rences entre les \u00e9quipes diff\u00e9rents r\u00f4les con\u00e7us pour travailler ensemble efficacement et r\u00e9partir la charge de travail de mani\u00e8re \u00e9gale entre chaque membre de l&#8217;ensemble de l&#8217;organisation.\u00a0Les membres de l&#8217;\u00e9quipe se voient attribuer un r\u00f4le en fonction de leurs comp\u00e9tences et de leur mode de vie, et ils sont encourag\u00e9s \u00e0 obtenir de prendre accidentellement une mauvaise d\u00e9cision qui semble raisonnable \u00e0 premi\u00e8re vue.\u00a0Prendre des d\u00e9cisions en contexte peut aider \u00e0 \u00e9viter cette
